Madison Booker racked up 20 points and No. 4 Texas beat No. 2 South Carolina 66-62, ending the Gamecocks' 17-game winning streak Sunday afternoon at Austin, Texas, in a Southeastern Conference showdown.

Kyla Oldacre added 13 points and Taylor Jones had 11 for the Longhorns (24-2, 10-1 SEC).

MiLaysia Fulwiley's 13 points off the bench marked the only double-figure scorer for South Carolina (22-2, 10-1), which shot 36.8 percent from the floor. Chloe Kitts and reserve Joyce Edwards both had nine points, but the Gamecocks lost for the first time since Nov. 24 at now-No. 1 UCLA.

South Carolina trailed 64-59 but went 0-for-3 from the field the rest of the way. That included Tessa Johnson's potential tying shot with 15 seconds left before Rori Harmon's two free throws at the 110-second mark for the Longhorns.

At South Bend, Ind., Hannah Hidalgo's 24 points on 10-for-20 shooting from the field were a boost in the home rout.

Olivia Miles and Sonia Citron both compiled 16 points for the Irish (21-2, 12-0 Atlantic Coast Conference), who led 22-15 by the end of the first quarter with eight players in the scoring column. The Irish were up 44-23 at halftime.

Lulu Twindale paced Cal (19-6, 7-5) with 14 points, while Ugonne Onyiah and Marta Suarez each scored 10 points. The Bears, who were charged with 21 turnovers, shot 32.2 percent from the field, including 11 of 31 on 2-point attempts.

No. 5 UConn 77, Providence 40

Azzi Fudd scored all of her 17 points in the third quarter as the Huskies cruised to a road win over the Friars.

Paige Bueckers tallied 20 points and Ashlynn Shade chipped in 12 for the Huskies (22-3, 13-0 Big East), who recovered after Thursday's 80-76 nonconference loss at No. 19 Tennessee. UConn made 11 of 24 attempts from 3-point range and flipped 25 takeaways into 21 points.

The Friars (10-16, 3-10) got 15 points from Marta Morales Romero and 10 rebounds from Olivia Olsen but couldn't build on Thursday's 76-63 home win over DePaul. Providence shot just 26.5 percent overall and slogged to a 4-of-24 effort from beyond the arc.

No. 10 Duke 90, Miami 49

At Durham, N.C., Toby Fournier's 24 points and Ashlon Jackson's 23 powered the host Blue Devils.

Oluchi Okananwa added 16 points off the bench as Duke (19-5, 10-2 ACC) won its second straight since Monday's loss at No. 14 NC State. Duke broke out to a 10-point lead in the first quarter. The Blue Devils' 37-22 halftime lead came in part courtesy of Miami's 15 turnovers.

Cameron Williams scored 14 points and Haley Cavinder had 10 for Miami (13-10, 3-9), which shot 4 of 18 on 3-pointers and committed 28 turnovers.No. 13 North Carolina 53, Clemson 51

At Clemson, S.C., Reniya Kelly's tiebreaking jumper with 42 seconds left marked the final points as the Tar Heels escaped.

Kelly had 17 points and Maria Gakdeng provided 12 points and nine rebounds for North Carolina (21-4, 9-3 ACC). Alyssa Ustby's 13 rebounds aided the Tar Heels' 42-25 edge on the boards.

Clemson didn't score in the final 2:13 after Madi Ott's 3-pointer gave it a 51-49 lead. Loyal McQueen posted 17 points, Hannah Kohn had 12 and Maddi Cluse added 10 for Clemson (11-13, 4-9), which held a 25-22 halftime lead.No. 14 North Carolina State 97, No. 22 Florida State 74

At Tallahassee, Fla., Aziaha James pumped in 22 points and Zoe Brooks had 21 for the Wolfpack's productive backcourt.

Tilda Trygger added 16 points, Madison Hayes supplied 14 and Saniya Rivers had 12 as NC State shot 50 percent from the field. It was the second straight victory against a ranked opponent for the Wolfpack (19-4, 11-1 ACC), which knocked off No. 10 Duke on Monday.

Ta'Niya Latson's 23 points, O'Mariah Gordon's 20 and Makayla Timpson's 14 were tops for Florida State (19-5, 9-3), who fell behind by 26 in the third quarter.No. 17 Georgia Tech 71, Boston College 51

At Chestnut Hill, Mass., Kara Dunn's 23 points propelled the visiting Yellow Jackets.

Zoesha Smith racked up 16 points and 11 rebounds and Tonie Morgan delivered 13 points and six assists for Georgia Tech (20-4, 8-4 ACC). Dunn had 15 first-half points, with the Yellow Jackets up 36-15.

T'yana Todd's 19 points and Dontavia Waggoner's 12 paced Boston College (13-13, 4-9), which was 3 of 21 on 3-pointers. The Eagles have lost two straight and five of their last six.Michigan 71, No. 20 Michigan State 61

At East Lansing, Mich., Syla Swords poured in 19 points to help the visiting Wolverines (17-7, 8-5 Big Ten) avenge a loss from last month.

Olivia Olson had 14 points and Mila Holloway notched 10 for Michigan, which used a strong second quarter for a 32-28 halftime lead and led 49-44 after three quarters.

Grace VanSlooten had 15 points and 12 rebounds for Michigan State (18-5, 8-4), which had whipped Michigan 88-58 on Jan. 25 on the road. The Spartans, who've lost two of their last three games, received 11 points from Nyla Hampton off the bench.No. 23 Alabama 80, Mississippi State 60

At Starkville, Miss., Sarah Ashlee Barker had a strong start on the way to 19 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists.

Essence Cody racked up 17 points to go with 12 apiece from Aaliyah Nye and Zaay Green for the Crimson Tide (20-5, 7-4 SEC), who overcame 22 turnovers. Barker had 13 points as part of Alabama's 47-22 halftime lead.
